We’re pleased to announce, National Skills Centre has officially been accredited by ProQual, a nationally recognised awarding body regulated by Ofqual. This milestone allows us to further broaden our suite of qualifications and continues supporting experienced professionals in gaining the recognition they deserve.
ProQual is known for their commitment to providing flexible, high-quality qualifications across a range of sectors – particularly in construction, building services, and occupational health and safety. This new partnership strengthens our ability to deliver a wider selection of NVQ qualifications that align with current industry standards and workforce demands.
What this means for our clients:
Being approved by ProQual enables National Skills Centre to offer additional qualifications that may not be available through our existing awarding bodies. This is especially important for meeting specific client requirements, employer preferences, or emerging needs across specialist roles within the construction sector.
Through this accreditation, we are now able to deliver ProQual- certified NVQ’s in areas such as:
- NVQ Level 3 in Occupation Health and Safety
- NVQ Level 6 in Occupational Health and Safety
- NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service
- And more to come…
All qualifications delivered under ProQual are assessed through competency-based evidence led approach, ensuring that learners can demonstrate their real-world experience and knowledge. This aligns perfectly with National Skills Centre’s mission: to validate the skills of professionals already working in the industry- not those looking to enter it.
A continued commitment to standards and progress:
As the construction industry continues to evolve- with a focus on competence, compliance, and upskilling- our partnership with ProQual ensures we remain responsive and flexible to the needs of our clients.
If you’re currently working in the construction industry and want to gain a formal NVQ through an awarding body like ProQual, get in touch with us today to discuss your options.
